PRO Meetings:
Attending a PRO Group meeting is by invitation only. To attend a PRO meeting, you must contact an existing PRO member for an invitation.
Week 1: Membership Meeting:
No guests are invited to the first meeting of each month. This meeting is an opportunity for members to review and vote on prospects, discuss group business, programs, & development.
Week 2: Guest Speaker:
The second meeting of the month spotlights a guest speaker, generally not a current member of PRO, but someone who will deliver a 20-25 minute presentation designed to educate members & guests on various topics including business development, community service, & motivational topics.
Week 3: Member Development & Mastermind Meeting:
The third meeting of the month spotlights two existing PRO group members who will each use a 20-minute presentation designed to either: 1. Educate members & guests how to better help refer business to them; 2. Present a business development topic that will benefit members and guests that are in attendance; 3. Mastermind with members and guests on topics that will benefit the PRO group member; or 4. Any other PROgram, topic, marketing strategies, successes, challenges, or points of discussion that the PRO member desires.
Week 4: Member Development & Mastermind Meeting:
The fourth meeting of the month spotlights two existing PRO group members who will each use a 20-minute presentation designed to either: 1. Educate members & guests how to better help refer business to them; 2. Present a business development topic that will benefit members and guests that are in attendance; 3. Mastermind with members and guests on topics that will benefit the PRO group member; or 4. Any other PROgram, topic, marketing strategies, successes, challenges, or points of discussion that the PRO member desires.
Week 5: Overflow Meeting:
Occasionally there will be months that have an opportunity for a fifth monthly meeting. This meeting will be designed to accommodate additional member spotlights, guest speakers, mastermind sessions, and/or business development topics.
