why join PROSM?

Attending a PROSM Group meeting is by invitation only.  To attend a PROSM meeting, you must contact an existing PROSM member for an invitation.

PROSM offers a structured “Haves & Wants” forum for its member’s everyday business and personal needs.

PROSM focuses on Business Development.  By utilizing the masterminding concept to brainstorm issues involving marketing and business development issues, members benefit from the invaluable experience & knowledge of other members.

PROSM brings in Guest Speakers to offer advice and information on how to improve a member’s bottom line.

PROSM membership includes a website page dedicated to each member and their specific profession.

PROSM acknowledges “Acts of Excellence” throughout our community.  The benefit is that members can take advantage of the rewarding experiences of other members.  Not only is it just plain fun to acknowledge excellence, it brings that circle of excellence within reach of each member.

Basic minutes are taken at each meeting, for publication on a “Member’s Only” section of the OregonPRO website.  The information, resources, & acts of excellence will be at the fingertips of PROSM members for future reference and use.

PROSM Members have final ultimate approval on incoming members.  Members are not politically approved by a limited committee, without the say of other members.  A prospect will be approved for membership only with a majority vote of members.

PROSM does not limit its membership to one profession per Group.  Each group can administer its own personality.  Masterminding with like-minded professionals is a benefit that other organizations do not offer.

Each PROSM Group limits its size to 20 members.  Based on experience, this is necessary to maintain a solid sphere, and run an efficient meeting that will be entertaining and keep members coming back for more.

Lastly, PROSM members share resources on a weekly basis.  When members offer resources between each other, business becomes easier, more profitable, and far less time consuming.
